Aportación de lo digital al negocio tradicional

Bueno lo digital, tecnológico y las redes sociales han cambiado el mundo de los usuarios más que cualquier otra revolución humana. Aparte del acceso a un mundo globalizado y a fuentes ilimitadas de información y de empleo, esta revolución ha conectado al mundo y ha dado un poder de influencia a los usuarios digitales nunca visto antes. Por ejemplo, tenemos a la bloguero cubana Yoaní Sánchez, en un país cerrado, controlado, censurado ha podido ser una de los críticos más influyentes en contra el régimen de Los Castros a través de su blog y esto jamás sería posible sin la revolución digital.

Ahora las marcas ya no son los únicos influencers en la sociedad, ahora los mismos usuarios pueden traer una marca abajo por medio de sus redes sociales porque ellos son el cuarto poder. En el mundo digital y en sus plataformas el usuario es el gran fiscalizador de sus comunidades. Ahora sin recomendaciones, sin shares, sin comentarios, sin checkins no eres nadie; la Vox Populi es lo más importantes, las marcas no pueden engañar fácilmente a la sociedad y tienen que tener una característica humana, personal y social para atraer a los millennials. Ahora la sociedad digital tiene el poder de influir sobre las marcas.

Como empresa:
La revolución digital le ha brindado a la empresa ilimitada información para conocer al consumidor y sus inquietudes en una forma más completa. Las plataformas digitales brindan información sobre los comportamientos y tendencias de consumidores, incluso respuestas, soluciones y conversaciones en tiempo real; ahora es una conversación bidireccional y esto han humanizados a las marcas y se han puesto en frente de las vidas cotidianas del consumidor. Hoy por medio de un móvil el mensaje de una marca puede llegar de una forma más natural que la publicidad tradicional; en lo tradicional los comerciales o spots radiales interrumpen lo que vemos/escuchamos, pero en lo digital la publicidad está presente en el entorno.

Ahora la clave es como gestionar, entender y sacar provecho de toda esta información.
