Últimas encuestas


Los encuestadores están prohibidas de publicar encuestas una semana antes de las elecciones generales. Pero estas empresas pueden publicar resultados de simulacros o encuestas en la prensa internacional como Reuters y French Press. Y los últimos estudios publicados por IPSOS y Datum en Reuters nos da una vista panorama a dos días de las elecciones generales.
*Reuters solamente publica los tres primeros lugares.

Los resultados del simulacro realizado 6 de abril del 2016  (IPSOS: Votos emitidos):
  1.  Keiko Fujimori (31.5%)
  2. PPK (17%)
  3. Verónica Mendoza (16.8%)

Los resultados del simulacro de seugnda vuelta realizado 6 de abril del 2016 (IPSOS: Votos emitidos):
  •  PPK (45%) vs. Keiko Fujimori (38%)
  • Keiko (43%) vs. Mendoza (42%)

Los resultados del simulacro realizado 6 de abril del 2016  (Datum: Votos emitidos):
  1.  Keiko Fujimori (35.4%)
  2. Veronica Mendoza (15.3%)
  3. PPK (14.8%)

Las diferencias de términos técnicos de las encuestas y simulacros:
  • Votos emitidos son los resultados de todos los votos: validos, blanco o nulos. 
  • Votos válidos son los votos contabilizados que no incluyen los votos en blanco y nulos.
  • Un simulacro es cuando la muestra recibí una célula de votación parecida a la que todos los peruanos ven el 10 de abril en donde tienen que marcar una opción. 
  • Una encuesta es realizada sin una célula de votación.

¿Por qué no? Medidas para detener COVID-19

   Esta semana ha sido muy confusa para la sociedad. El COVID-19 llegó a Perú y el gobierno inició las medidas para detener y contener el contagio de esta enfermedad. Esta vez Vizcarra no le interesó mucho la percepción popular y tomó unas medidas criticadas. Un paréntesis, un ejemplo de una medida para detener o slow down es la suspensión de clases con el fin de evitar que los colegios sean fuentes de contagio. Pero una medida de contener es la suspensión de vuelos de Europa y Asia; esta iniciativa tiene el objetivo de que nuevos infectados no ingresen al territorio peruano. Las disposiciones del ejecutivo no han sido recibidas con aplausos y es entendible porque estas circunstancias generan incertidumbre y pánico.
